Hello, thanks for stopping by...my name is Natalie (aka Natx) and I am a freelance illustrator and writer who has completed an MA in Children’s Illustration and Graphic Novels. Since then I have dedicated myself to working on illustration commissions and nurturing other creatives. I specialise in working with 6 to 12 year olds and conduct online art classes both in a 1 to 1 capacity and in pairs.
I currently create with a mixed method of hand drawn and digital processes (Photoshop and Fresco). When I am not drawing, I take great pleasure in creating amusing stories and characters. My aim in life is to make my viewer/reader smile or laugh (whatever your age). Because to me a hearty chuckle or giggle is the best sound in all the world.
I am capable of working alone but also enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team. Whether it is illustrating, writing or problem solving; I savour a challenge and an opportunity to grow my craft.

I am a member of the Association of Illustrators (AOI) and strive to uphold the professional and legal guidelines they advocate in the illustration industry.
